Abstract
Payment solutions company Qikserve and Kafoodle launched a joint report introducing the idea of ‘Generation Covid’ to the corporate catering industry.

The report looks at how the Covid-19 pandemic has changed the personality of consumers. Prior to 2020 most catering companies will have known their customer personas but the global pandemic has ‘thrown that knowledge out of the window’.

QikServe and Kafoofle define ‘Generation Covid’ as ‘anyone within the global population that has suffered medically, financially and/or socially as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic’.

Over the last few months QikServe and Kafoodle have been observing the evolving ‘Generation Covid’ persona and have collaborated a report that highlights their ‘unique’ needs.

The report is designed to help businesses prepare for the return of ‘Generation Covid’ to implement changes to build trust.

In a webinar QikServe and Kafoodle they will discuss the emergence of ‘Generation Covid’ with Paul Cowie, global head of catering at OCS.
