The certification reflects the commitment of BaxterStorey and the university to scratch cooking, reducing food waste as well as sourcing local and seasonal ingredients.
On the evening of 27th November, the event kicks off with an informal food festival celebrating global cuisines. Delegates will enjoy a variety of dishes while networking with their peers.
