Sodexo appoints new chief financial controller

Abstract
Sodexo has appointed Phil Andrew to the role of chief financial officer (CFO) for its UK & Ireland business.
He replaces Rachel Osborne and takes up his new position on 13 June. He will be responsible for leading the negotiation of complex contracts and will have a significant role to play in business and corporate development. Alongside Aidan Connolly, chief executive officer, he will seek further growth opportunities for the company. Andrew, a key member of Sodexo's executive team, will report to Aidan Connolly and will also have an additional function reporting line to Sian Herbert-Jones, chief financial officer for Sodexo Group. He said: "I am very excited to be taking up this new post. I am confident that my experience will enable me to provide the company with a comprehensive financial service and I look forward to the challenges of the years ahead." Aidan Connolly added: "I am delighted to be welcoming Phil to his new role, in which he will undoubtedly make a significant contribution to the long-term success of the UK and Ireland business."
