Quorn: Veggie Beef Patty

Abstract
Public Sector Catering asked a professional chef with long experience in foodservice to put some of the latest plant-based products to the test.

I cooked the patty both under the grill and in the oven and although the texture was moist, it did seem to dry out quickly so needs to be cooked and served straight away. It also needs to be served with a sauce or garnish. There was a bit of zing like chilli present, which helped.
