A UK industry showcase of the latest innovations in speciality, artisan and fine food and drink.
Buyers and operators will be able to sample offerings from over 700 producers and suppliers worldwide, covering all aspects of the sector. There will be a programme of features and live demonstrations.
The Discovery Zone will showcase up-and-coming producers, while the Savour the Flavour and Food for Thought theatres will allow retailers to learn from food and drink professionals who will share their advice and tips.
