Using real-time data, artificial intelligence (AI) and computer vision technology, the partnership enables street food offers to be tailored to student preferences, creating more value and driving greater engagement across campuses.
Together, they will bring more than 50 food concepts and 20 global cuisines to the education sector through curated events, pop-ups, and vendor residencies, offering a flexible and dynamic experience.
Since launching earlier this year, 64% of students across participating sites are returning to their Aramark and Dévorer experience, signalling a clear boost in satisfaction and engagement.
Fiona Martin, managing director of education and healthcare at Aramark UK, said: “This partnership is an exciting development in how we serve students. By joining forces, we’re delivering food experiences that are not only agile, diverse and nutritious but also shaped by real-time insight. It’s about giving students more of what they love and nurturing vibrant campus communities.”
Aramark UK is a foodservice partner, serving workplaces, sports and entertainment venues, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and government services nationally. Every day, Aramark serves over 260,000 meals across the UK.
Eric Lawrence Andratchnikov, chief executive and founder at Dévorer, added: “We’re thrilled to partner with Aramark UK to enhance the campus dining experience. Their commitment to innovation means we can deliver meaningful impact at scale, combining data-led decisions with global culinary creativity to better serve students across the UK.”
