Bennett Hay partners with nutritionist Dorota Cloke

Contract caterer Bennett Hay is bringing nutrition to the forefront of its catering offering by launching a new partnership with nutritionist Dorota Cloke.

Dorota will oversee the development of menus that help manage energy and encourage break times. She will aim to educate employees on healthy eating and highlight the benefits of a balanced diet. Dorota has experience in the workplace sector and has worked with some of London and New York’s high-end restaurants.

As a partner to Bennett Hay, Dorota will raise awareness about medicinal properties of healthy eating as well as share insight on adaptogens (a natural substance considered to help the body adapt to stress) and nootropics (drugs that claim to improve cognitive function). She will also provide workplace sessions on planning balanced weekly meals, home hacks on nutrition as well as on benefits of intermittent fasting.

Anthony Bennett, co-founder of Bennett Hay commented: “Dorota brings a new depth of experience to our offering with a focus on nutrients, macro nutrients and the importance of food sources and better sourcing. She will also be able to share her knowledge and passion amongst our clients as they strive to ensure their wellbeing strategies are lived out beyond the 9-5 and become routines and practices for employees at home.”

Since being founded in 2010 Bennett Hay has pioneered healthy eating in the workplace and has been an advocate of using locally sourced ingredients that are sustainable and ethical.
