Wayne Wright, food development chef at Bidfood and 2023 Public Sector Catering Chef of the Year winner, explained the pop up party covered fortification, hydration, IDDSI and special diets.
Emily Butler, customer marketing manager for Bidfood, said: “Here at Bidfood we really care about our care customers and that’s exactly why we like doing events just like this. We’re at Lanesbourough House, catering for all 90 residents from IDDSI to culinary free dining, we’re catering for them all.”
Adam Denny, food development chef at Bidfood, added: “I am here at Lanesbourough House came home’s pop up party cooking roast lamb, chicken and a nice chocolate brownie as it’s the residents’ favourite.”
