The Foodies awards recognise individuals and teams across BM’s operations in categories including food, people, innovation, customer service and operational support. Schobs received his accolade in recognition of his work supporting inclusion initiatives across the business.
In the Fundamentally Food category, Alicia Munoz from a client site in Trafford was recognised for her work on seasonal menu development and the launch of a Viva la Pasta pop-up concept.
Dorrianne Casey, BM’s coaching, learning and development manager received the Obsessive About Our People award for her work developing innovative learning and development programmes.
Matt Petit received the Entrepreneurial award for his efforts to drive BM’s ESG activity in the kitchen by introducing new waste management techniques.
