
He joins some of the most respected names in hospitality including Raymond Blanc OBE, Cherish Finden, Tom Kerridge and John Williams. Membership of the Academy is by peer nomination and is a mark of exceptional skill, leadership and commitment to the industry.

Through innovation days, masterclasses, workshops and access to fully funded apprenticeships, BM creates opportunities for teams to learn, share ideas and grow. Regular supplier field trips give chefs valuable insight into the benefits of sourcing seasonally and locally.
