Abstract
Frank Brake, one of the founders of Brakes, passed away just before Christmas at the age of 85, his family announced.
Born in 1933, he was one of three who founded the foodservice supplier, Brakes; he also served in the RAF and trained in hotel management.
His family, who will hold a private cremation followed by a larger celebration, have set up http://frankbrake.co.uk/profile in honour of his memory.
