Abstract
A renowned Italian restaurant in Brighton, East Sussex, is up for grabs, through property agent Christie + Co.

Casalingo, on Preston Street, has an asking price of £185,000. The 54-cover restaurant is held on a 20-year lease, with an annual rent of £27,500. The restaurant occupies the ground and lower floor of a three-storey terraced property. The kitchen and customer facilities are located on the lower ground floor. Michele Parker, from Christie + Co's Maidstone office, said: "The sale of the restaurant is as a going concern and offers a great opportunity for new owners to continue with this thriving business in a prime location close to Brighton seafront." Proprietor Angelo Martinoli has owned and run Casalingo as a family business for 19 years. Weblink: www.christie.com
