Canterbury Christ Church is ‘hospitality assured’

Abstract
Canterbury Christ Church University has been recognised for the “excellent hospitality services” it provides at its North Homes Campus in Canterbury.
A report by Marketing Quality Assurance Ltd, on behalf of the Institute of Hospitality, awarded the University 'Hospitality Assured', the internationally recognised standard for delivering quality service and business excellence in the hospitality industry. The University's deputy director of facilities management, Michael Murray, said: "The reaccreditations of Hospitality Assured with a higher result is an important indicator in our efforts to provide a 'Student First' catering and hospitality service and confirms for me and for everyone in the team that we are focused on delivering the best quality, best value, best customer catering service across our campus network on behalf of the Facilities Department and the University." In addition to Canterbury Christ Church University, other universities that have achieved the Hospitality Assured Standard include: Brunel University; University of Brighton; University College London; University of Exeter; University of Glasgow; University of Leeds; Royal Holloway College, London; University of Southampton; University of St. Andrews; and the University of the West of England.
