Abstract
The Catering Innovation Show, which has been organised by Lockhart Catering Equipment and is taking place at the Business Design Centre on Tuesday 28th October, has confirmed the ‘world class’ chef line-up.
Organisers say the Catering Innovation Show is a ‘must-attend’ event for foodservice professionals in restaurants, hotels, contract catering, healthcare, public sector catering, stadia or leisure.
Claire Bosi will be hosting the live theatre during the show, featuring panel discussions, lively debates and exciting cooking demos with high profile figures and Michelin-starred chefs. Confirmed line-up so far:
- 10:00 - Jason Atherton (Michelin star and award-winning chef with critically-acclaimed restaurants around the world, including Row on 5 in London) and Spencer Metzger (Row on 5 is the latest venture from Spencer Metzger, taking over two floors on London's Savile Row)
- 11:15 - Jean Delport (Award-winning chef behind the Michelin-starred Restaurant Interlude at Leonardslee Gardens, West Sussex)
- 12:00 - Tom Shepherd (An award-winning chef, restaurateur, and entrepreneur, best known as the owner of Upstairs by Tom Shepherd)
- 13:00 - NCOTY 2025 winner Danny Young and David Mulcahy
- 14:30 - Simon Rogan MBE (An award-winning British chef and restaurateur, best known for three-Michelin-starred L’Enclume in Cumbria)
- 15:15 - Clare Smyth MBE (The first and only British female chef to be awarded three Michelin stars for her restaurant Core by Clare Smyth)
