Catermasters raises over £2,000 for charity

8th Jul 2008 - 00:00
Abstract
Catermasters, the Leamington-based providers of contract catering services, has raised a sum of £2,750 for the Myton Hospice charity after hosting a charity golf day last month.
The donation will be used to sustain the quality of care that is provided for residents at each of the Myton Hospice residential care homes that are situated close to the Catermasters headquarters in Leamington Spa. Spokesman David Wooten commented on the day: "Myton provides more than 10,000 days of care every year and we need to raise more than £3 million to maintain that service free of charge." Catermasters, which clients include the Music Alliance, Williams F1 team and Oxfam, is also a strong supporter of the 'One Water' charity and sells its bottled water through the majority of its catering outlets. The event took place at the Warwickshire Golf Club on 26 June. Weblink: www.catermasters.co.uk By Rosemarie Foad
