This survey is designed to help Ceda better understand mental health and wellbeing across the catering equipment and hospitality manufacturing sector. It is open to everyone in the industry, covering all job roles, and will allow valuable data to be collected and analysed.
The results will give Ceda and The Burnt Chef Project insight into which roles, areas and demographics need the most support, meaning they can provide dedicated resources and advice to the individuals in the industry that need it.
Hayley Scott, design & implementation manager at Catering Equipment Support Ltd, said: “This survey is a huge step in the right direction. Mental health and wellbeing are being spoken about now more than ever and we need to keep the momentum moving forward to keep breaking the stigma.
“By taking part in this survey, you will help to shape future resources and support for mental health and wellbeing that is specific to our industry.”
The survey is anonymous and designed for all job roles within the sector. It has been designed to be short and simple to complete: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CEDAwellbeingsurvey.
