Chefs lead Christmas fundraising dinner for Hospitality Action
Abstract
Four chefs from London’s restaurant scene will cook for guests on 25 November at Park Plaza Riverbank to raise funds for charity Hospitality Action.

The four chefs are James Cochran banquet winner on BBC2’s Great British Menu 2018; Ben Tish from Norma; Phil Howard chef-patron of Elystan Street and Frederick Don executive head chef for three of Sketch’s restaurants.

At this seasonal celebration guests will enjoy a drinks and canapé reception, a four-course dinner and wine. Howard will kick-off proceedings with a beetroot starter followed by a fish dish by Cochran. Don will prepare the seasonal mains before Tish rounds off the evening with a Sicilian inspired dessert.

The Christmas fundraiser is an opportunity to try dishes from some of 'London’s most talented chefs', whilst raising money for charity. Just £10 could cover the cost of a trip to Santa’s Grotto for a hospitality family facing financial hardship this Christmas.

Guests will be able to participate in a Q&A session with the chefs during the evening and there will be a chance to raise more money for Hospitality Action through a raffle.
