Cleverchefs Catering chief operating officer Jaime Gardener said it was designed to educate families across the UK about the importance of eating nutrient-rich foods, not just for their general health, but also for the mood-boosting benefits.
“With ‘Feel Good: Fuel the Mood’, we want to show families that food has the power to do far more than fill you up,” he said.
“When children understand how nutrient-rich foods can support their mood, focus, and wellbeing, it becomes easier to build healthy habits that last. This campaign is all about making that knowledge accessible, positive, and fun.”
The campaign officially kicks off on 2nd January and will highlight both the physical and emotional benefits of eating foods rich in nutrients like omega-3, magnesium, and B vitamins.
Throughout the two-month campaign, Cleverchefs Catering will share educational resources, recipes, and cooking inspiration across its social media channels, as well as in the schools it caters for nationwide. The initiative aims to give children and families practical tips on what nutrients to take into consideration when planning meals.
Gardener added that the campaign also leans into broader predictions of food trends in 2026.
“According to thefoodpeople, one of the biggest trends for the new year will be ‘food therapy’ - where people seek quick, comforting moments through what they eat.
“This includes everything from hearty, nostalgic dishes that bring back fond memories to indulgent sweet treats that are being reframed as everyday moments of comfort, all within a balanced approach.”
