Abstract
The Clink Charity has reopened the High Down restaurant after being closed for over two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The training team and students have been working together to create a summer menu to welcome diners back for the first time since March 2020. The summer menu features seasonal dishes which have been created using herbs, fruit and vegetables grown in the Clink gardens.

A spokesperson said: “The restaurant will open for lunch one day a week on Tuesdays to slowly ease our new students back in to working in a real-life restaurant with dining guests. We are so excited to be able to reopen our first ever Clink restaurant and we look forward to welcoming you for lunch very soon.”
