Abstract
To understand what our readers view as the most important issues for 2010, Cost Sector Catering is launching a major industry survey covering all its readers.
We are looking to find out how readers are expecting the market to perform into 2010, what will be the key sectors, trends and spending areas, and where we should focus our coverage efforts next year. The survey is being carried out in association with our sister publication, Eat Out magazine.
