CSM Ingredients celebrates Platinum Jubilee with new scone recipe

As the nation gears up to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee (70 years), CSM Ingredients has launched a Victoria scone recipe which is designed to help bakers and caterers to expand their Jubilee ranges to meet demand.

The launch of the Victoria sponge scone recipe combines two of the most popular and quintessential afternoon tea products to produce a scone with a twist.

It’s easy to make with craigmIllar buttery scone mix, marvello cake margarine, butter cream, jam and icing sugar. It’s designed to appeal to all ages and is perfect for indoor and outdoor celebrations as well as tapping into the 2022 trends of returning to the traditional/comfort in old and extending a product’s reach.
