Digby trout Restaurants (dtR), the heritage catering specialist part of Elior UK, has extended its contract with Historic Royal Palaces by two years.
From October, dtR's existing brief to provide catering services for the heritage venues will expand and it will also provide a range of catering services for the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace and Kensington Palace. dtR will provide catering for approximately 10 restaurants and kiosks across the three sites. These include the Orangery at Kensington Palace, the New Armouries restaurant at the Tower of London and the Tilt Yard cafe at Hampton Court Palace. dtR will also offer catering for events at all three sites, including conferences and evening functions.
