Abstract
A long-established Midlands catering firm Robinsons Catering Limited has been successfully acquired as part of a management buyout completed with advice from mfs Solicitors.
The law firm acted on behalf of Dave and Clare Cowin in the purchase of Birmingham-based Robinsons Catering Limited for an undisclosed price.
Family-run Robinsons Catering was founded in 2007 and provides hot and cold catering services for the education, nursery, exhibition and corporate hospitality industries across the region. The NEC, the UK’s largest event space, is among its clients.
Dave Cowin said: “I’d like to thank the mfg team for the tremendous support and advice throughout the acquisition process. It can be complex and time-consuming when taking over a business, but the handling of the whole process from start to finish was superb. We look forward to building an ever more successful business in the months and years ahead.”
