Abstract
Laurel has awarded Falcon Foodservice the contract to roll out Falcon kitchen equipment in all new Laurel pub sites and in pubs where old, energy inefficient equipment needs replacing.
The new contract will see Falcon's Infinity fryers, countertop convection ovens, the Pro-lite Series and the Dominator Series, including ranges, grills, chargrills, fryers and boiling tables, introduced into Laurel pubs across the country. Laurel is the company behind Slug & Lettuce, Ha! Ha! Bar & Canteen, Yates and La Tasca. Laurel currently has around 460 drinking and eating establishments in the UK.
