Called, Rue Consultancy, it has been launched to provide specialist advice and support to the global B&I, specifically focused on clients requiring ‘insight and strategic solution management’.
The new division is headed managing partner by Gayle Appleby-Merry, who until recently managed services for Compass Group, Servest and Aramark.
She said: “This new B&I venture comes at a pivotal time for the industry where technology and the need for a new perspective within the sector has never been more needed.”
Simon Pollard, ISCC co-founder and managing partner added: “We are on a mission to bring change to the way that the business and industry sector is supported and to create a brand that becomes the ‘go to’ for providing targeted consultancy driving improvements and efficiencies in all aspects of our clients catering and soft facilities management needs.”
ISCC provides multiple areas of support within its operating divisions which includes state school sector experts ACE Advice, and food procurement specialist Procure.
