In the week where Cost Sector Catering awarded the best in the catering industry, we also found some food facts.

Tired of your champagne going flat and losing its bubbles? Well the old adage states that if you put an upside-down metal spoon (or fork) in an open bottle of Champagne, it will help to keep the bottle bubbly.
