Fun Friday Food Facts Vol. 24
Abstract
In the week that Britain scrambled to find a new leader, we found some food facts.

It’s time to start brushing your teeth with chocolate as chocolate can be used to fight tooth decay! An extract of cocoa has recently been found to be more effective than fluoride in keeping your teeth healthy.

Hummus, the secret to a sexually successful relationship. No, seriously it is. Packed with powerful proteins and feel-good vitamins the savoury snack is the “Queen of Aphrodisiacs,” known to aid in sexual functions and boost physical energy. So forget the chocolate and whipped cream, hummus is your new bedtime buddy!

In Korea, rather than you choking on your food, your food might actually choke you. A Sannakji wriggling octopus is considered a treat, but is served alive and they have been known to attach their tentacles and suction cups around the necks of diners and choke them to death.

A rolled up piece of white bread was used to erase graphite before rubber erasers were invented.
