Abstract
The Hospital Caterers Association's (HCA) London and South East branch is holding its annual ‘Sharing Excellence’ study day next month (15 February), providing ‘invaluable’ insight across the industry.
Held at Michel Roux Jr’s Westminster-based restaurant, Roux at Parliament Square, guests will enjoy a buffet lunch from a brigade ‘award-winning’ chefs, in addition to refreshments and networking opportunities throuhghout the day.
The 2019 study day will include a number of key speakers, as below:
- Welcome and opening remarks by HCA South east and London branch chair
- Katharine Fox, WRAP/Trifocal - on its latest waste reduction scheme
- Derek Johnson - Nutrition & Hydration week presentation
- Julian Edwards - acrylamide in food consumption
- Nick Adams - interactive staffing solutions
- Alex Priddle - Apetito
- Cathy Amos - South East LACA chair
There will be plenty of opportunity to network with speakers and other high profile industry delegrates over the course the day.
