HelloFresh unveils best foods to reduce stress

Recipe development manager Mimi Morley from HelloFresh has revealed the best types of food to eat which may help to reduce feelings of stress.

"Foods that are high in magnesium and zinc may help with keeping you feel calmer. Meals packed with leafy greens and wholegrains are great sources of magnesium, whereas beef, egg yolks and nuts are full of zinc which may help reduce feelings of stress,” explains Morley.

In Q2 2021 HelloFresh delivered 254 million meals and reached 7.7 million active customers. HelloFresh unveiled four recipes for people to try out:

  • Sirloin steak and bearnaise butter
  • Teriyaki lemongrass beef
  • Wholegrain pitta pizzas
  • Indian style eggs benedict and buttery naans
