Chefs Nathan Outlaw, Lisa Goodwin-Allen and Thom Bateman will be special guests of the commercial catering specialist in Italy as part of a VIP delegation set to be treated to a first glimpse of Hobart’s newest cooking range.
Sharing three Michelin stars and six AA Rosettes between them, the UK chef trio will be ever present on both Hobart and ITW French and Italian sister brands Bonnet & MBM booths tomorrow (18th October). Together, they will be getting hands on with innovations including the new Chef's Combi.
John Stewart, product manager at Hobart Cooking UK, commented: “Host Milano 2025 is a date we’ve been gearing up to for quite some time. Bringing together our European counterparts and international peers is an opportunity we don’t often get and allows us to get a global, real-time industry snapshot and represent our own expertise within that framework.
“With three of the UK’s most esteemed chefs on hand, the show is a fantastic opportunity to put our most recent launches through their paces and showcase some incredible new innovations for the very first time, re-establishing our standing as a leading catering equipment supplier on the international stage. We can’t wait for people to see what we have in store for the future.”
