The renewed agreement will see Heritage Portfolio within Sodexo Live! continue to deliver ‘exceptional’ food & beverage experiences across Hopetoun House’s private events and large-scale occasions, while investing further in education, conservation and preservation of the estate.
This next phase of the partnership introduces a refurbishment to The Stables Kitchen, a café within Hopetoun House’s restored 18th-century Adam Stables. This new space will offer a counter service menu of homemade bakes and fresh light lunches in addition to a classic afternoon tea.
The extension is also expected to support the creation of new jobs, strengthening the local hospitality workforce as Hopetoun House Preservation Trust looks ahead to the next phase of this partnership.
