Hospital Caterers Association to host Forum in Scotland
Abstract
The Hospital Caterers Association (HCA) Leadership and Development Forum, taking place Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th April 2024, is the only UK event dedicated to the production, delivery and service of nutritious food to patients, staff and visitors in the NHS, making it a ‘must attend’ for anyone targeting this sector.

The two-day event will take place at The Macdonald Aviemore Resort in Cairngorms National Park in Scotland. It includes a programme of relevant, challenging and thought-provoking sessions and speakers that attract decision makers and influencers across the hospital catering sector.

In addition to the exhibition the HCA Leadership & Development Forum offers a host of networking opportunities to help you develop both new and existing relationships with customers and colleagues.

Facts about the HCA Forum:

  • It is the only UK event dedicated to catering within hospitals and the NHS
  • Decision makers from over 82% of all acute UK NHS Trusts attend the event
  • 89% of Forum and exhibition attendees are responsible for purchasing or influencing purchases
  • 93% of exhibitors in 2023 rated the exhibition as excellent or good
  • 87% of attendees are looking to source new products or services for their operation

Chris O’Neil, head of food solutions at RH Hall, said: “We have been longstanding exhibitors at the HCA forum and year on year it gives us a great platform to communicate to the national group on a very high level. It has opened up business and networking opportunities for us with many National Purchasing Managers, as a result of being a well organised and respected industry event.”
