Institute of Hospitality publishes 2019 ‘Spotlight on Hospitality’ report

Abstract
The Institute of Hospitality has published its annual 2019 Spotlight on Hospitality report, offering detailed analysis into the hospitality and foodservice industries across the UK and abroad.

With four sections including foodservice and human resources, the report provides commentary for the hospital catering sector, care home catering, school catering, university catering and business and industry (B&I).

 

Topics discussed include food delivery, budget cuts and meals on wheels, the changing nature of the workforce and 2019 salary trends.

 

‘Spotlight on Hospitality’ is free for Institute of Hospitality members or can be purchased for non-members.
