Dairy products supplier, Kerrymaid, has put together a guide for care caterers, containing recipes and dietary advice.
The ‘Kerrymaid Care Collection’ includes tips on promoting hydration and creating menus for a range of dietary requirements, from fortification to dysphagia.
The recipes include allergens, nutritional info and cost per portion.
