Attendees were given a tour of the showroom with insights into industry trends driving Lockhart’s latest product developments, followed by a cooking demo courtesy of Rational. McQueen’s mixology demonstrations used the new Ariane porcelain barware collection, which the she helped create.
Afterwards guests made the short stroll to the newly opened 74 Charlotte St by Ben Murphy for a seated three-course meal. With 15 years of industry experience under his apron, Murphy has been very deliberate when it comes to menu design, venue ethos, and choosing equipment that is matched to the menu.
