From 23rd January to 8th February, the Obsession Food Festival will return to Northcote, ‘transforming’ the Ribble Valley into the epicentre of global gastronomy.
Mark Lombard, managing director at Lockhart Catering Equipment, said: “Obsession is one of the most prestigious culinary events in the world and has become a hub of innovation, so we’re delighted to return as a key sponsor this year, following the festival’s milestone 25th anniversary last year.
“[This year’s event] will bring together an extraordinary roster of chefs from across the globe, from Chicago to Dubai, Amsterdam to Dublin, and of course, a selection of the best British talent.”
Curated by chef patron-director Lisa Goodwin-Allen, this years’ lineup includes 20 chefs, boasting 25 Michelin stars between them. Over the course of 17 nights, the chefs will craft bespoke menus that ‘push the boundaries of culinary innovation’.
