Hosted at Old Billingsgate Market on Monday 2nd March, the event will see a Michelin-star chef line-up swap aprons for boxing gloves to raise money for Prept’s vision to ‘inspire’ the next generation of hospitality professionals.
Seven hundred attendees will enjoy a white-collar boxing event, with a backdrop of glamour accompanied by a three-course dining experience designed by Prept’s ambassador Jean Delport. The planned matches for the event are:
