Marine Conservation Society targets chefs and students for training

Abstract
The Marine Conservation Society (MSC), which produces the Good Fish Guide, is working on a new training and development programme to support chefs and students.

It aims to offer the most up-to-date advice and guidance to help chefs and caterers sourcing fish and seafood supplies from the most sustainable stocks.

Before the programme is launched, MSC is looking for chefs and students to answer a short survey so it can gauge if the training materials are as effective as possible.
