Catering company Mellors is launching its ‘Mellors Big Red Bus’ this month (January) – an ‘extra special’ dining experience set to tour schools and local businesses in the north of England.
As such, the company has renovated a traditional double decker London bus complete with a kitchen facility and 32-cover dining area.
Serving comfort dishes such as bangers and mash, Mellors said it is “constantly looking for cool new ways to engage with (its) customers” and aims to make the dining experience as fun as possible.
