Abstract
The second instalment of the NACC’s national webinar series took place on Thursday 23rd October, focusing on healthy and sustainable diet considerations for care catering.

Hosted by former NACC deputy chair Nick Dutton, the session brought together care catering professionals from across the country to explore how healthier and more sustainable food choices can be integrated into care settings – supporting both resident wellbeing and environmental goals.

Speakers Rachael Venditti and Tess Warnes shared insights into the challenges and opportunities around implementing sustainable diets in care, covering practical steps, nutritional considerations and the wider benefits for organisations and residents alike.
