Craig Neale, head of catering at Norse Group, said: “The response from our team to the practical training was fantastic, the way the staff embraced the training showed the appetite they have for improvement in this area.
“The feedback from those attending has been so positive. We have already seen the results in the meals our catering teams are providing. Residents have noticed a real difference and are enjoying their meals. I would absolutely recommend this training. For us, it has made a real impact and I look forward to continuing with both refresher sessions for existing staff and training for new starters.”
