Hospitality industry charity Only A Pavement Away has called on the industry for food and catering support.
Only A Pavement Away supports the homeless, ex-offenders and vulnerable veterans get a job in the hospitality industry. The charity is looking for large scale food donations to support their homeless initiatives they are currently running.
Greg Mangham, founder of Only A Pavement Away, commented: “If anyone has any food that isn’t going to get used, then please contact me. We’re looking for immediate support in the form of sandwiches and street food, as well as large scale catering of individual meals, to be distributed to sites across London.”
Only A Pavement Away announced a pay gap scheme where in the charity pledged to bridge the income gap for its members that have had to stop working due to Covid-19.
