Abstract
Food procurement and management company, PSL, has secured a further 12 contracts including Jurys Inns, Planet Hollywood and Prima Hotels.
Others added are: Virgin Roof Gardens Runnymeade Hotel Classic Lodges BDL Hotels Premier Cru Five-star hotel The Athenaeum The Heritage Motor Museum Liverpool Maritime Museum The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust Speaking about the contract wins, Matt Tough, marketing director said: "We're delighted with our new partnerships; PSL works with a cross section of clients across the hotel, restaurants, pub, leisure and education sectors; so no matter what your food supplier needs are PSL can help improve profits during these financially challenging times." PSL said one of the main reasons behind the wins was that the company achieves a 15-20% saving for their clients, enabling operators to maintain the standard of their food offerings whilst saving money. The new partnerships add to PSL's already impressive list of clients which include The Four Seasons, The Rezidor Hotel Group, Carluccio's and Barceló to name but a few.
