Public Sector Catering Awards to raise money for Hospitality Action
Abstract
The Public Sector Catering Awards, which take place today at the London Hilton Metropole, will raise vital funds for industry charity Hospitality Action.

The awards celebrate the work of individuals and teams who have ‘gone above and beyond’ to provide excellence in catering within the sector. There were 17 award categories available for nomination as well as the Armed Forces Caterer of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award which did not require nominations.

Industry charity Hospitality Action has been supporting the UK hospitality industry since 1837. Over the past 180 years, they’ve helped hundreds of thousands of hospitality people who’ve found themselves in difficulty or crisis.

In 2025, Hospitality Action awarded a record £1,050,000 in grants and unlocked an additional £500,000 in unclaimed benefits for hospitality households across the UK. Alongside their grant giving, Hospitality Action provide vital advice, mental health support and signposting to the whole hospitality workforce.
