Abstract
Refrigeration company Gram has announced that research is underway for the fourth edition of its The Gram Green Paper, which is due to be published in 2014. It is asking caterers to get involved and be part of this industry-leading piece of research.

Gram UK managing director Glenn Roberts said: “It provides a unique insight into sustainability within the out of home industry, and aims to share best practices across the sectors within the marketplace.

“The questionnaire gives caterers, operators, and industry professionals the opportunity to lend their voice to this leading piece of research.

“Observations and opinions taken from the questionnaire allow The Gram Green Paper 2014 to provide the most accurate and in depth assessment of sustainability within foodservice.

“Whether you’re the owner of an independent café, a chef in a Michelin Star restaurant, manager in a business and industry contract caterer, or look after procurement for university catering, Gram welcomes your opinions.”

To take part caterers are asked to fill in a quick and simple online questionnaire at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2WGVDKF

Participants who complete the online questionnaire in full before midnight on December 20th will be in with a chance of winning £400 worth of high street vouchers.

The Gram Green Paper 2014 will be officially launched at next year’s Hotelympia show in April.
