Renowned chef creates new menu for airBaltic

Abstract
Mārtiņš Rītiņš, a renowned chef in Latvia, has created a new menu for the business class passengers of the Latvian airline airBaltic.
The new menu is based on organic products provided by local farmers. These dishes are prepared by the company LSG Sky Chefs Airo Catering Services Latvia, which makes meals for airBaltic, according to the recipes and methods of Mārtiņš Rītiņš and under his strict supervision. Tero Taskila, chief commercial officer of airBaltic: "We are delighted to offer our business class passengers the opportunity to enjoy dishes by Mārtiņš Rītiņš. They can enjoy an excellent meal at the same time supporting local farmers who grow organic products. We also plan to increase the presence of locally-grown organic products in the economy class of airBaltic." The chef has prepared meals for such notable guests as the Queen, Princes Charles and Andrew, as well as the King of Spain – Juan Carlos, Paco Rabanne, Pierre Cardin, Mstislav Rastropovich, Monserrat Caballe, Maija Pļisecka, Nikita Mihalkov, Jose Carreras, Elton John and many other distinguished guests.
