Before joining Sodexo, Jepson was group director of estates and facilities at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT), one of the largest acute Trusts in the UK with ten hospitals across seven separate sites and a long-standing client partner of Sodexo.
He has operational and leadership experience in facilities management across the public and private sectors. Jepson says he is passionate about people development and an advocate for apprenticeships for people at all levels.

Sodexo Health & Care has a workforce of over 7,500 who every day delivers people-centred care through a balanced portfolio of food and FM services including patient nutrition and retail services.
