Sodexo publishes Culinary Report 2023

Sodexo’s Culinary Report offers ‘a glimpse of the remarkable devotion, skill and energy’ chefs bring to their kitchens, communities, clients and guests.

A spokesperson for Sodexo said: “Whether it’s a growing desire for wellness offerings or technology that delivers convenience for guests, we see exciting opportunities to evolve and expand our offerings in this era of rapid change.

“We invite you to delve into these culinary stories and celebrate the milestones we’ve marked this year. We’re proud of the dedicated chefs doing great things for our guests and the communities in which they live, demonstrating that our love of food makes an impact around the globe.”

The 104 page virtual magazine contains advice on eating for the future such as increasing plant-based choices, reducing food waste and embracing blue food.

The report also has a round-up of Sodexo’s Global Sustainable Chef Challenge where Dominique Doerr emerged victorious. The panel of judges were looking for in-house creations that were 100% plant-based and low in CO2 emissions.

The virtual magazine has a round up of Sodexo Live! events including The Royal Garden Party, Royal Ascot, Henley Royal Regatta and Hampden Park. Sodexo Live! brings people together to create ‘exceptional moments and tasting memories’.
