The Sysco Classic Seafood sauce in the Cooking Sauces category won a gold medal. The Sysco Classic Angel Cake Roulade served up Sysco’s second award of the day with a silver medal in the Cakes & Desserts Category.
Sysco won a bronze medal for its La Boulangerie Vegan Potato Burger Bun. The Fish category saw M&J Seafood MSC Hake & Seaweed Rosti Fishcakes pick up another bronze medal. Sysco Classic Mascarpone Dipped Large Choux Bun also scooped a bronze medal in the Christmas category.
