Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal presented Umbrella founder and chief executive Adele Oxberry with the award at a ceremony held at St James’s Palace on 23rd November. Umbrella Training received the accolade alongside 52 recipients.
Oxberry said: “This was such an incredible moment for me and the team. We are ecstatic about receiving this prestigious accolade once again for our Umbrella Colleague Academy. Our team are the most important part of our business and year on year investment into our colleagues not only produces amazing results for our apprentices but for our valued business partners as well.
